30-Day Recovery Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at info@gorecvr.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Products purchased directly from gorecvr.com are covered under this policy.

For unopened products, we may request that the item is returned to us before a refund is processed.

For products used under our 30-Day Recovery Guarantee, please contact our team and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

How To Start A Return

Email info@gorecvr.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A brief explanation of the issue or reason for return

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@gorecvr.com and we'll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces
• Items intentionally damaged or misused after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please contact our team and we will advise on the best solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
